Recommended bike tours

A tour for all the family is the Dolomite cycling path between the Val di Fassa or the Val di Fiemme. This cycling route leads along the valley basin along the Avisio river and is well signposted. Along this path there are several places that are ideal for a stop. The way back can also be organised by a shuttle service, for which you need to book in advance. 
By mountain bike round the Latemar group: start is Predazzo. By funicular you reach the Passo Feudo, and this is where you start your rather ascent to Obereggen leading to the beautiful Lago di Carezza. From this place you can either proceed to Nova Levante or to Moena. 

Highly recommendable is also the beautiful mountain bike tour to the beautiful Sassolungo. By funicular you reach the Col Rodella, traverse the “city of stones” (Steinerne Stadt) up to the Monte Pana and proceed to the Passo Duron, descending along the eponymous valley. 

A fantastic tour across the mountains can be made doing the Sellaronda in clockwise direction. This tour takes you across the heart of the Dolomites, UNESCO world heritage site. By funicular you overcome the altitude difference to make in order to proceed on various cycling routes and trails back to Canazei.
