The four seasons
The Dolomites are known worldwide for their beauty. Their multifaceted landscapes captivate with a very special flair in all seasons. So we decided to dedicate our four wellness areas to the four seasons, symbolising the course of time and highlighting the special features of life in the Dolomites.
"Aisciuda, istà, uton, invern", cater sajons - four seasons that stand for relaxation & regeneration of body and mind.
Our panoramic soft sauna "aisciuda" bears the Ladin name for spring. This is where body and mind come to rest after an adventurous day in nature. Relax, let your gaze wander over the forest - an ideal setting for moments of conscious doing nothing. In the soft sauna temperatures range between 70°- 80° with a medium humidity of 10% to 25%.
In the summer area "Istà", which faces the garden area, you will experience the positive effects of mountain herbs on body and mind in a traditional hay bath of the Fassa Valley. The scent of fresh hay and mountain herbs takes you on a journey of the senses through the summer Dolomites. The temperature of a hay bath is 45°- 50° C, the humidity about 60-70%.
"Uton" - autumn - this is the name of the Turkish steam bath, where water in its lightest form becomes the main actor. This wellness treatment combines well-being and relaxation, the steam cleanses skin as well as respiratory tract. The temperature in the steam bath is between 40° and 50°, the humidity is between 60% and 70%.
"Invern" is the fourth of the bunch - our modern Finnish sauna with high temperatures and low humidity is ideal for recharging your batteries and relaxing after a long day on the slopes or winter hiking trails. The benefits of a sauna session are long - it strengthens the immune system, relaxes body and mind, detoxifies and makes you experience purification. Our Finnish sauna overlooks the garden area within the wellness area, is 80 - 100° with humidity between 10% and 30%.
